Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us via email. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow strict return timelines to ensure safety and hygiene:

Perishable Grocery Items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, etc.):

• Return request must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• Returns accepted only for:

  • Wrong items delivered

  • Damaged or expired goods

  • Missing items reported with proof

Non-Perishable or Packaged Items (e.g., snacks, dry groceries):

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Products must be sealed, unused, and in original condition

• Returns not accepted if packaging is tampered with or item is used

❗ Note: Returns will be accepted only if the issue is reported with photos or unboxing video as evidence, within the specified return window.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items reported after the allowed return window

• Items that are opened, used, or without original packaging

• Perishable goods not reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer

• Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be credited within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

• No transaction or processing fees will be charged for refunds.

• If the item was a gift, you may receive the value in the form of a gift voucher.

🎁 For gifted items, if marked as a gift during purchase, the refund or credit will be sent to the recipient; otherwise, it will be sent to the original purchaser within 5–6 working days after approval.

Customers are responsible for safely returning items unless the issue was due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
